As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in our team, working closely with patients, doctors' offices, and insurance companies to set up new accounts, resolve issues, obtain prior authorizations, and manage prescription refills. Your dedication and expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive their medical supplies in a timely manner. Our work environment is fast-paced and rewarding, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and utilize multiple computer applications simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with the ability to conduct yourself in a professional, HIPAA compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
While not required, having 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role, particularly one that involves handling multiple tasks at various stages of completion, is highly desirable. Previous experience requiring clear and calm communication by phone, as well as the ability to effectively use computer systems and maintain good records, will be advantageous. Your ability to work well under pressure, think critically, and contribute to a positive team environment will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Our full-time positions offer a stable 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with no late shifts and no work on holidays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
