About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to leverage their expertise in the healthcare industry, specifically in RN/Nursing recruitment. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and timely flow of applicants to hiring managers. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to meet the hiring needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract top talent for RN/Nursing positions, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Selection: Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills, conducting thorough interviews and evaluations as needed.
- Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and detailed records, including spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Communication and Follow-up: Provide regular updates to hiring managers and other stakeholders on candidate status, ensuring timely follow-up and communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- RN/Clinical Recruitment Background: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in RN/Nursing recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- ATS Experience: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including managed care and healthcare systems.
- Recruitment and Hiring Experience: Experience in recruitment and hiring, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong Network and Connections: A strong network and connections within the healthcare industry, particularly in RN/Nursing recruitment.
