**Key Responsibilities**
As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of arenaflex's IT infrastructure
* Managing the IT administration of all site executions, inventories, system planning, and preventive maintenance for server farm basic infrastructure, IT certificate labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware
* Providing IT support for IT labs to align our client application and design teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their applications
* Coordinating with professional services responsible for basic infrastructure support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms
* Managing, operating, supporting, and monitoring all basic infrastructure equipment for server farm and remote communication room gear
* Developing server farm and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
* Supporting IT infrastructure grounds fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service progression of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring
* Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and methods
* Ensuring compliance with all governing corporate norms and regulations
* Managing project execution of server farm and remote communication room principles capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements
* Selecting IT and basic infrastructure services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations

* Development of Plan Standards for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, central air, Generators, and Fire Life and Security (FLS) systems
* Remote coordination of airport basic infrastructure maintenance and break-fix activities
* Survey/Store Maintenance Records. Ensure errors are remediated.
* Provide remote Occurrence Management goal to airport basic hardware.
* Provide remote installation, setup, and operational support.
* Maintain strict adherence to change control exercises.
