Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer care and support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Offer expert advice and guidance on our products and services, ensuring that customers are fully informed and empowered to make the best choices for their needs
- Ensure a seamless order and delivery process, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized support and care that exceeds their expectations
- Collaborate with our internal teams, including logistics, marketing, and product development, to ensure that customer feedback and insights are incorporated into our business strategy

Requirements
- Native or proficient level of Italian (C2), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately with our Italian-speaking customers
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with our internal teams and stakeholders
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages, with the ability to adapt your communication style to meet the needs of different customers and situations
- A motivated and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a drive to continuously improve and develop your skills and knowledge
- Self-organized, with planning and prioritization skills that enable you to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly pick up new technology and systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Able to follow guidelines and instructions, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results

- Previous, demonstrable experience with the creation of online help resources, with the ability to develop and maintain high-quality content that meets the needs of our customers
- Life experience to apply to managing situations, with a strong ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment
- Early adopter of technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Ability to put customers at ease, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with our customers
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal, with the ability to relocate to Portugal if necessary
