About the Role

- Responding to messages from our ads in a timely manner, with a response time of less than 1 business day (during business hours on weekdays, this should be less than 1 hour)
- Organizing messages in the inbox and tracker with proper status, ensuring that all client interactions are accurately recorded and up-to-date
- Nurturing leads generated to ensure conversion based on the optimal conversion event for the client, using your sales skills and knowledge to drive results
- Monitoring comments and addressing customer questions (based on the client's chosen package), providing personalized support and resolving issues promptly
- Adding and/or updating existing FAQs and response templates to fit the client's needs, ensuring that our knowledge base is comprehensive and accurate
- Providing reports or insights with customer behavior in messages and adding suggestions on what could be improved, using data-driven insights to inform our customer service strategy
