Job Overview
As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our site visitors, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and guiding them through the sales process. Your primary objective will be to connect our site visitors with our practice-based PLs, who will then work on booking them for in-person consultations. This is a computer-based role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients and schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations
- Manage multiple chat-based conversations in real-time, providing timely and accurate responses to site visitors
- Follow our lead journey process to ensure seamless communication and sales growth
- Focus on quantity and quality, responding effectively to 100% of live chats and having meaningful conversations with prospective patients
- Collaborate with Leadership to reach strategic sourcing and sales goals, and assist with PL efforts for other practice locations as needed
- Provide accurate information to site visitors, including starting prices and other approved information, and qualify leads to drive sales growth
- Assist with sales-related administrative tasks as needed, and participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Essential Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions
- Experience using a CRM tool, preferably Intercom or Salesforce
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
- Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to achieve defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude, with the ability to learn new techniques and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)
- Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
- Availability to work on a Saturday or Sunday (or both)
- Previous experience in a live chat or customer service role
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
