Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Lead, Guest Experience to drive the positioning and go-to-market strategy for our new products, while infusing our brand ethos into the core guest product. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team, influence company-wide initiatives, and develop creative and operational playbooks that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the positioning and go-to-market strategy for new products, informed by consumer and business insights
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to concept designs and infuse our brand voice into the core user experience
- Develop and execute highly visible programs that drive business results, while interacting with senior leaders and executives to influence priority company initiatives
- Work with regional partners and stakeholders to develop creative and operational playbooks, craft localized marketing plans, and create measurement frameworks
- Manage central budgets and develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality
- Operate as an individual contributor and a cross-functional leader, driving collaboration and results across teams
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on guest experience and customer-centric strategies
- Proven track record of driving business results through creative and operational playbooks, with a focus on measurement and ROI
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience working with regional partners and stakeholders to develop localized marketing plans and playbooks
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on regional languages and dialects
