Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a key player in our digital customer engagement strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing online chat and customer engagement recommendations, managing vendor relationships, and driving the growth of our online chat service program. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations to drive sales and enhance customer experience
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure seamless integration of chat services
- Build upon the chat roadmap and socialize the 12-18 month strategy with key stakeholders
- Analyze monthly online chat transcripts and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Define and build an online chat service program that meets customer needs and business objectives
- Manage chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Socialize chat program insights and results with key stakeholders to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer experience improvements
Essential Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics
- Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Web Marketing, or a related field; MBA an added advantage
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
- Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with chatbot development and integration with CRM systems
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to attend industry events, conferences, and meetings

- Base salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per annum
