As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution, with the primary goal of helping qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner while protecting our organization's credibility. Your duties and responsibilities will include analyzing, appraising, and verifying loan applicants, originating loans, making payment arrangements, and answering customer queries. You will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. You should be proficient with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems, and have a strong understanding of basic business math concepts. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, and preferred candidates will have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.

This role will require you to work remotely on the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, with the exception of an initial 1-week training period, which will be conducted from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions. You will need to be able to sit for long periods of time, talking and listening constantly, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
