This is a remote position, with the exception of an initial one-week training period, which will be conducted from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday. After completing the training, you will work from the comfort of your own home, operating on the 3rd shift, from 11pm to 7am. As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for our customers and providing expert support and guidance throughout the loan application process.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. You should be proficient with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems, and have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, you should be able to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task, speaking with customers and typing notes simultaneously.
While not essential, previous experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in the financial services industry, would be highly advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as experience with cloud-based storage and internet applications, would also be beneficial.
