Job Summary

As a part-time Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be on-call for 3 days a week, handling a moderate call volume of 15-25 calls per day, with an average call length of 6 minutes. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and escalating concerns when necessary. In addition to handling incoming calls, you will be responsible for scheduling crew members, responding to guest reviews, checking and responding to emails, and monitoring the crew's group chat during peak hours.
