Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working nights and weekends in a remote/hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities with ease
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing delays
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a friendly and respectful manner
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
Essential Qualifications
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously with ease
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining established quality requirements, and consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote or hybrid work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
