Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

- Addressing customer questions and concerns regarding prescriptions, products, and services, and providing accurate and helpful information.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges, and ensuring that customer transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues.
- Managing and maintaining precise records and documentation, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Utilizing relevant software and technology to manage customer interactions, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience is highly advantageous, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Basic computer proficiency, with experience using relevant software and technology.
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
