Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voice mails, emails, and alerts.
- Positively build and maintain excellent customer service, identifying when technical support can be provided via phone.
- Provide clear and concise communications, following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead times, and delivery times.
- Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to Management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company, adapting to changes and improvements.
- Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements
