Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and email management

- Handle invoicing, expense reporting, and other financial tasks
- Deliver exceptional client care and support
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities
- Assist with procedural documents and other administrative tasks

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
- A fully equipped home office, including a computer with MS Office 365, high-speed internet access, a smartphone with email capability, and a computer with a webcam
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
