As a Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our patient-centric healthcare team. You will be responsible for assisting pharmacists with the practice of pharmacy, including the use of pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be involved in data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient information and prescriptions. To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. You must also have a strong foundation in math, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Additionally, you must have basic computer skills and be able to learn and use pharmacy systems and software.
While not required, we prefer candidates with six months of experience in a retail environment, previous work experience with arenaflex, and certification as a Pharmacy Technician. We also prefer candidates with excellent math skills, computer skills, and knowledge of store inventory control.
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to interact with patients, customers, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. You must also be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively in a team environment and be committed to providing exceptional patient care and customer service.
