**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers and their families with inquiries and resolving issues in real time
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, text messaging, and MyChart in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the Electronic Medical Record and/or customer Relations Management System
* Working closely with center and support departments to effectively solve customer issues and communicate feedback
* Participating in training programs to enhance knowledge of services and customer service skills
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service role
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Proven track record of maintaining productivity and availability in a remote work environment
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Customer service, call center service, or similar certification
* Experience in a call center environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and electronic medical records (EMR)
* Experience with Epic EMR is preferred
