About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Pricing Analytics and Operations team. As a Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations through audits, process improvements, and trend analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Audit and track quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Suggest and implement process and system improvements to drive operational excellence
- Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand process goals and translate them into everyday practices
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track process performance and quality metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational excellence
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, management)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a process improvement or quality assurance role
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL)
