Job Overview

The Project Manager and Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client license portfolios, ensuring the successful implementation and release of Business License Services for enterprise customers. As the main contact for customers and internal partners, you will coordinate, organize, and direct the onboarding process, manage risk and issue management, plan and schedule resources, and balance time, budget, and quality. Your expertise in project management, customer service, and data analysis will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
