As a Project Manager in our Membership Marketing Team, you will be part of a talented group of professionals who are passionate about their work and dedicated to making a positive impact on our community.
As a Project Manager in our Membership Marketing Team, you will be responsible for supervising coordinators to manage production with internal teams, overseeing production workflow and procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards, and communicating consistently across all teams to identify and escalate risks to the leadership team. You will also collaborate with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards and build and maintain process documentation to ensure quality controls are in place.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience in marketing production, direct mail, or project management, and proven experience as a change agent, adapting and impacting change effectively. You will also need excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using technology for efficiency.
