Job Overview
As a Digital Project Specialist at GE HealthCare, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle. This will involve working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and external resources to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating and coordinating day-to-day activities required to ensure project completion on time, successfully, and in a manner consistent with organizational goals, departmental policies, and/or the standard terms and conditions of the contract
- Writing project schedules for assigned projects, including clear milestones and assignment of project task responsibilities
- Developing and managing projects within time and financial budget
- Managing client expectations of products and services
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicating all requirements and commitments (both verbally and in writing) for each project with clients, GEHC staff, and management
- Maintaining alignment between the project team and external resources
- Providing leadership and direction for clients and GEHC personnel responsible for the project, primarily EHL Installers
- Managing revenue associated with client projects in eOM and myProjects (Salesforce)
- Acting as an effective team leader for all matrixed staff
- Creating project status reports for all assigned clients
- Adopting a proactive approach to identify risks to project success and creating and maintaining a project risk log; developing effective action plans for resolution as early as possible
- Documenting and driving project issues to successful completion
- Maintaining an accurate list of client projects with status
- Identifying, proposing, and/or participating in the development of process improvements for the Healthcare Project Management and Shared Services teams
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for roles in the USA
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

- Experience in project management, preferably in a digital or healthcare environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct matrixed staff
