Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Contact Center Representative to provide exceptional member service and support. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our financial products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Member Service Excellence: Respond to member inquiries and provide first-call resolution on various financial issues, ensuring a "WOW" member service experience.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Actively promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services by identifying member needs and achieving established sales goals.
• Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Utilize strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills to diplomatically handle and resolve member issues.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process member transactions over the phone and ensure compliance with all required regulations, procedures, and policies.
• Paperwork and Documentation: Process all necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year of customer service experience in a sales environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Telecommuting Requirements: Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program, including a dedicated workspace, secure and strong internet connection, and an environment free from loud noises or outside distractions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Industry Experience: Experience working in the financial industry or credit union environment.
• Sales Experience: Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales goals.
• Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like

As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will work from home and be responsible for:

• Working a scheduled 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday schedule.
• Rotational Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
