Key Responsibilities:
- Mastering Inbound and Outbound Calling Strategies: Understand and implement effective calling techniques to engage customers and resolve their queries.
- Managing Inbound Service Calls: Handle overflow inbound service calls to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers with scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaboration with Service Managers: Work closely with Service Managers to guarantee that customers receive the best possible experience.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Dealership Systems and Technologies: Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems, technologies, and marketing campaigns.
- Providing World-Class Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive.
Essential Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using phones and computers, with excellent communication skills.
- Professional Demeanor: Possess a professional, polite, and friendly demeanor, with a strong ability to provide a world-class customer experience.
- Call Center and Appointment Setting Experience: Previous experience in call center and appointment setting environments is highly desirable.
- Multitasking and Organization: Demonstrated ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Base Salary: Earn a base salary of $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Work from the comfort of your own home, with flexible shifts ranging from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
