Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Assess customer needs and provide personalized support to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Follow established customer service procedures, best practices, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in all interactions.
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize computer software and systems to track and record customer interactions, update customer profiles, and perform other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer service operations.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field (minimum 5 years).

- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording customer interactions, updating customer profiles, and performing administrative tasks.
