Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You will work independently to enter new orders, manage our order entry email account, and communicate with our sales and billing teams to resolve any missing information. If you have experience in data entry, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- General Data Entry: Accurately enter new orders into our system within 24 hours, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.
- Order Entry Email Management: Manage our order entry email account, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Collaborate with our sales and billing teams to resolve any missing information, ensuring seamless communication and efficient order processing.
- Data Entry Projects: Assist with various data entry projects, providing support and contributing to the success of our team.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, preferably in the medical device industry or a related field.
- Basic Knowledge of Health Insurance: Familiarity with health insurance concepts and terminology.
- Remote Work Experience: Proven experience working remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 50 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
