Key Responsibilities
- Answer calls from participants regarding initial and continuing eligibility for income maintenance programs related to medical services, providing accurate and timely information to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Gather, verify, evaluate, and enter necessary social, financial, and medical information into various applications, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of participant records.
- Maintain complete and accurate computerized records of participant interactions, including detailed notes and updates on participant status and progress.
- Perform a variety of diverse tasks while continuing to maintain currency and accuracy of program requirements, including staying up-to-date on policy changes and procedure updates.
- Ensure timely processing of participant inquiries and annual reviews to meet client needs and program mandates, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively to meet performance standards.

Essential Qualifications
