We've partnered with a cutting-edge client whose revolutionary software helps property owners identify and rectify overpayments on their property taxes, leveraging automation to secure reductions on their tax bills. As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in our crew, providing top-notch support to customers inquiring about our client's services.
This is not a sales role; instead, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering questions, guiding customers through the sign-up process, and providing updates on their account status via phone and email support. As a temporary, seasonal contract, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from April to June, working 20 hours per week for approximately 90 days.
