Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound customer calls, follow-up emails to clients, and respond to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Update and maintain customer call database, including updating and acting on customer care logs and all customer profile pages
- Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, data entry, and document creation
- Generate and resolve customer support issue tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints
- Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handle special administrative tasks, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and internet research tasks
- Manage the provider's entrance lobby area, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and clients, and directing them to their designated offices and meeting rooms
- Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, records entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and job tasks
- Responsible for checking inventory supplies and performing other related tasks as required
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
