- Update and maintain customer call database, including improving and following up on customer support logs and all customer profiles
- Provide management support, including profile creation and updating
- Perform filing, data entry, and document production tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Create and update customer service issue tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
- Assist in the preparation of all correspondence associated with the customer support process and manage special management projects, as well as overflow work from teams, including word-processing, data entry, and Internet research tasks
- Manage the company's lobby area, greeting and directing all visitors, merchants, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring that they are seated and alerted to staff members of their arrival/appointment
- Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work
- Responsible for checking and ordering supply items, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and running smoothly
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
