Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to blithequark Integrated Kidney Care Nurses and staff
- Collecting, verifying, and entering information into appropriate databases with accuracy and efficiency
- Developing reports and other materials for distribution to support team objectives
- Attending team meetings, conferences, and trainings as required to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures
- Understanding and following teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned to support team goals and objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate proficiency in navigating MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to use discretion and judgment when working with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior medical or clerical administrative experience
- Basic proficiency in department Medical Information System Technology (MIST) within 60 days of employment
