Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate and efficient data entry tasks from various sources into our database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Review and verify information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data quality standards.
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards for sensitive information, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
- Participate in data cleanup and validation activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry, healthcare, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
