About the Role: Enrollment Advisor (Contract) - Remote

The Enrollment Advisor is the first point of contact for prospective patients, playing a crucial role in their journey towards health restoration. As an Enrollment Advisor, you will be the face of Revero, responsible for guiding individuals through the enrollment process, explaining the benefits of our program, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake calls with prospective patients to explain how the Revero program works, highlighting its benefits and generating excitement for them to start their health restoration journey.
• Monitor patient progress through the onboarding pipeline, ensuring that each individual moves smoothly through the enrollment process, and providing support where needed.
• Assist with logistics, including scheduling provider onboarding calls, following up on health information submissions, and helping patients schedule labs when necessary.
• Submit lab orders on behalf of patients, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for a comprehensive health assessment.
