About the Role

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Live Chat specialist who can provide outstanding support to our customers. As a fully remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable internet connection and can commit to working 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm EST. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing product information to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You will not be required to take calls from sales agents or customers, focusing solely on live chat interactions.
