Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to patients and healthcare professionals, providing timely and effective support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding to resolve issues and address concerns.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry, accurately capturing and updating patient information and other relevant data.
- Gather and review patient billing and medical information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of patients, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Operate in accordance with the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Medical Call Center experience is a plus, but not required - we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- Active internet connection already installed at home, with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors, with strong technical skills and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
