Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services
• Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information, ensuring seamless and efficient service
• Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality output
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, combined with at least 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with customers, vendors, and other team members on a daily basis.
