As a Patient Sales and Service Representative, you will play a critical role in communicating directly with patients over the phone to process a high volume of prescription orders each day. Your primary objective will be to ensure that patients receive their customized medication prescriptions promptly while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You should also have experience meeting daily/weekly call activity metrics to increase opportunities and optimize connection rates.
