**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
* Have 1-2 years of customer service experience within or outside a call center
* Complete a Culture Index assessment
* Verify your internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment
* Pass a background and drug screen
* Meet the work-from-home requirements, including a private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise, a workspace with adequate furnishings and lighting, and a minimum of 50 mbps download/20 mbps upload or higher, high-speed internet connection with the ability to hard wire directly to a modem
