**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Game Maker to lead the development of multiple intelligent games and experiences based on our iconic Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and Marvel properties. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire game development process, from concept to launch. You'll work closely with our internal and external partners to ensure that our games meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead the development of multiple intelligent games and experiences based on Disney, Pixar, Lucasfilm, and Marvel properties
* Act as a central point of contact, issue solver, and team leader within arenaflex, providing critical guidance and direction to the development team
* Collaborate with internal and external partners, including other creation leaders, to plan, direct, and track progress across the entire experience
* Review all creation resources, including content plans and guides, designs, staffing plans, and budgets, to ensure they are well-organized and practical, and serve the overall project
* Develop and communicate the creation vision for the project within arenaflex, working with internal partners to bring our content to life within the game
* Provide guidance and insights to key partners regarding the experience, creation of the intelligent games, and Disney Scholarly Properties
* Drive the completion of objectives and work with communication, collaboration, and accountability across the team
* Continuously improve and refine creation practices over time
* Lead a diverse team of flexible groups to achieve their best, while having fun along the way!
**Required Capabilities and Abilities**
* 7 years of experience specifically in item development/creation of Console/Portable/Computer games or other entertainment
* 3 years of experience in managed teams
* Experience with multiple portable, console, or potentially computer games with live activities parts
* A deep and broad understanding of the art and science of excellent game development, including experience with different systems, tools, and how to structure creation to support a team's assets and work process
* Ability to collaborate and work with key partners - building positive relationships, resolving through testing issues, and reaching agreement to achieve great things
* Claimed the creation and delivery of a successful AAA live-worked game in a Senior creation job and have experience with delivering items on different gaming stages
* Exhibit remarkable development information and judgment; experience directing a compelling vision to the real world
* Inspire enthusiasm and imagination in others with persuasive and steady leadership
* Appreciate inventive critical thinking, dealing with unique development challenges, and building something new and creative
* Value and respect the work of each designer and skill to unite different development disciplines to make amazing experiences
* Can organize complex development streams into fresh perceptions that give clarity on status, progress, and potential solutions
* Appreciate constructing a comprehensive and positive team culture and enjoy coaching and developing other creation leads
* Know how to push past apparent limits and constraints, never losing sight of the higher perspective and ultimate objective
