About the Role
As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless guest experiences across various platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and Marriott. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in resolving guest issues, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our management team, leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to craft comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand voice.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations:
- Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues on various platforms
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate and escalate issues to management via Slack
- Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms
- Company Tasks:
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
- Submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report on in-house maintenance labor
- Assist with the onboarding of accounting systems, utilizing your knowledge of business financials/accounting
- Foster relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English, with excellent grammar and communication skills
- Experience with guest relations, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry
- Familiarity with Guesty and/or HostAI, with the ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for guest messaging
- Proficiency in using VoIP to communicate with guests and vendors
- Availability to work Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11pm CST, with potential for overnight shifts (11pm-7am CST)
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
