Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Assistant at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Guest and reservation management: Respond to guest inquiries, process reservations, and provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods.
- Virtual property management: Manage property listings, update calendars, and ensure that all properties are accurately represented on our platforms.
- Cleaner management, scheduling, and coordination: Arrange for housekeeping services, schedule cleanings, and ensure that all properties are clean and ready for guest arrival.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or short-term rental industry.
- 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience, with a strong understanding of the short-term rental market.
- Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple technology platforms and a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Airbnb customer service, including managing guest communications and resolving issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
