About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the TbT team to ensure that tutoring sessions are well-organized, and communication with parents and students is maintained at a high level.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following essential qualifications:
- Have at least 3 years of lead teaching experience in a U.S. K-12 public, private, and/or charter school.
- Hold a U.S. teaching credential (exceptions may be considered for retired teachers with recently lapsed credentials and significant classroom experience).
- Be passionate about teaching science and committed to advancing equity in education.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and colleagues in a virtual environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience teaching K-12 science in the classroom or online environment.
- Familiarity with Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
- Background in special education (SPED) or English language learner (ELL) teaching.
- Experience with remediation, intervention, or small group instruction.
- Ability to teach Spanish Language Arts.
