Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Associates degree, medical office, or medical assistant degree required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
