Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and embrace change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment, with minimal supervision

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, with a hourly rate of $20 per hour, as well as an additional 5% for employees based in Las Vegas, NV and Wilmington, DE. Our benefits package includes:
