We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced YouTube Moderator to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a YouTube Moderator, you'll play a critical role in shaping our transparency reporting efforts and ensuring that our platform is a safe and welcoming space for users around the world.
YouTube is a subsidiary of Google, a global technology leader that's dedicated to innovating and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. As a YouTube Moderator, you'll be working closely with our teams, including Analytics, Product, Trust and Safety, Legal, Policy, and local experts to develop accurate, scalable, and timely regulatory and voluntary reports. Your work will be a key part of YouTube's transparency reporting efforts, and will help demonstrate our commitments to platform responsibility.
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the overall lifecycle production of transparency reports, including establishing project priorities and timelines, translating policy requirements to facilitate contributions from technical teams, tracking dependencies, managing cross-functional reviews, input, and approvals, and general troubleshooting. You'll also identify, scope, and lead alignment among internal stakeholders on reporting methodology, content, and metrics that are informed by business priorities and local policy context.

In terms of compensation, the base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
