Project Summary
I have two incomplete code archives from previous developers. A developer reviewed them and confirmed the stack is Vue.js (JavaScript) using the Composition API. The codebase is partially built (some pages render) but many parts are unfinished, and there are some auth-related files that may not be needed.
I will provide the following:
Full front-end design layout via Canva (plus all written content and images) + previously built backend files (partially complete).
Hosting/domain access
Clear list of pages + site structure
What I need built (strong backend + fast performance)
Modern responsive website with animations (moving symbols/features; educational services site)
Contact form
Email integration: when a customer places an order, the system emails order details (to my business email)
WhatsApp integration
On-site chat box
Stripe payment integration
Clean, stable backend architecture (preferred: Laravel + Vue, or propose a strong alternative)
Regular progress updates and clear communication
Reliability + availability for troubleshooting after launch (long-term relationship)
Timeline & Budget
My timeline: 2–3 weeks max with regular updates
My budget is: $200 (this is for Website #1. Of course, we will create another contract for Website #2)

Important Note
You must be able to assess the existing Vue.js code and decide whether it’s worth refactoring/reusing, or rebuilding cleanly while keeping performance strong.
Another thing to add (so that there is no misunderstanding about “order email”)
When I say “customer places order → goes to email,” there are two possibilities:
Simple: customer fills an order form + pays via Stripe → I get an email notification
Full e-commerce: cart, order dashboard, order history, invoices, etc.
