Head of Finance (SaaS)

Description: • Lead finance and HR team for a healthcare tech startup disrupting the healthcare system • Help patients get back to normal naturally without pharmaceuticals or unnecessary surgeries • Work in a fast-growing company with purpose-driven culture Requirements: • A couple years in a fast-growth startup • Strong finance and accounting background • Experience building out accurate financial models for high-growth startups • Familiarity calculating SaaS metrics (gross & net revenue retention, churn, customer acquisition costs & payback periods) • Experience closing the books on a monthly basis • Experience with AP, AR, and collections • Experience with financial system implementation and integration • Experience with cash management • Experience creating departmental budgets and managing results against budget • Leadership and management experience including hiring, leading, and developing a team • Overseeing HR functions • Developing and implementing HR strategies and... initiatives • Managing recruitment processes • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements • Leading performance management and employee development programs Benefits: • Full benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision Apply Job!
