Role Description
This role involves taking in information from clients and entering it into their systems. Most of the information consists of independent Medical Reviews. When new cases come in, they log the information and process it through to the next stage. The form comes in, they pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel.
• Understand HIPAA Regulations (not required to be an expert)
• Handle sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access
• Be reliable, accurate, and thorough
• Mix of back end support and client communications via call/email
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word (turn documents into PDF, insert tables)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, insert columns)
• Awareness of HIPAA

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
