- Provide regular details of payments to relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Transfer data from Excel and PDF formats to our system efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software applications.
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with company policies, ensuring that sensitive information is protected.
- Manage and organize the inbox, responding to client queries through emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Process loan application forms and verify data accuracy, ensuring that all information is correct and complete.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, demonstrating your attention to detail and knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
- Conduct online forms processing accurately and efficiently, utilizing your analytical and logical thought process.
- Liaise with clients and supervise the team to meet client deliverables, showcasing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
