We are seeking an innovative Industrial Designer to create a premium chrome toilet cleaning wand for our brand, Fizzly™. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, focusing on usability and aesthetics. You will be responsible for developing a design concept that combines functionality with a sleek look, ensuring it stands out in the market. We are launching Fizzly™ — a premium effervescent toilet wand (think Clorox ToiletWand killer). We need a professional industrial designer to refine the mid-tier chrome ABS version for manufacturing and make it look/feel like a premium product.
Deliverables
• Fully refined 3D CAD files (STEP + STL + native format — SolidWorks or Fusion 360 preferred)
• Updated ergonomic grip with soft-touch TPE zones
• Skinny shaft (12–13 mm diameter) with perfect chrome plating split lines
• pod lock mechanism optimized for injection molding
• caddy design (chrome ABS with magnetic wand holder)
• 5–7 high-resolution marketing renders (KeyShot or similar) from different angles
• 2 minor colorway options (matte black + rose gold accent for future SKUs)
• Manufacturing-ready file package with tolerances, draft angles, wall thickness, and plating notes
Timeline:
• First concepts: 5 days after hire
• Final files & renders: 12–14 days total
Budget: $800–$1,200 fixed (paid 50%/50% milestones)
