Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to potential customers
- Research and identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team
- Guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Skills
- 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience or related customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong time management and organizational skills
